Gina Shoemaker

Managing Director

Gina has over 28 years of agricultural and horticultural experience, with certifications in lawn and ornamental landscaping, organic gardening, food security, and pesticide management. She is also a Climate Reality Ambassador and has been involved in large-scale composting, organic farming, commercial worm farm operations, and grounds maintenance projects across South Africa.

Since relocating to South Africa in 2003, Gina has helped develop organic recycling and farming systems that turn waste into value while supporting soil regeneration and sustainable food production.

Communication Director

Kerry has over 30 years of experience across hospitality, tourism, events, public relations, stakeholder engagement, and community initiatives. She has worked on high-profile projects and has a strong focus on community upliftment, food security, and nature-based solutions.
